Birth control that don’t cause mood swings and depression/anxiety? Poll made me super depressed currently on Nuva ring been for a year and feel crazy stills seems to happen when I get close to my period. I’m thinking of switching.

are you good with pills? you can try the mini pill. takes a month to adjust to, but they only contain 1 hormone, so the side effects aren’t too bad. the only thing is you have to be verrrrrry strict with this pill, as far as taking it on time everyday
