Oyster Shell Calcium
I recently went to my doctors and they handed me some medicine bottles and one was Oyster Shell Calcium.. Is that safe to take during pregnancy? They weren't even prescribed to me, just handed to me in the office. I was reading articles and they were saying it's not necesarily good.. Was anyone else given the same thing?
