Kids biting?

My 18 month old is starting to bite my 3 year old. How can I make him stop?

My mom always bit us back. (she has 4 kids, including me) Lightly and definately not hard enough to leave a mark, but hard enough to let us know it hurts and it's not okay. 
I still bite though 😈

My daughter is 14 months old and she started biting intentionally when she was 11 months old. She bites when she doesn't get her way. We just say ow really loud and tell her no biting. It's been working but I'm worried this will continue and she will bite her brother when he's born. She will be 18 months old at that time, so the same as yours.
