Bleeding early pregnancy but 0 cramps?

Bleeding early pregnancy, not near as much as my period where I’d fill my pad and tampons within hours the first few days. Past 3 days it’s been mostly brown with a wet consistency, no cramps at all (weird as I usually get cramps bad), and a few blood clots on day 1. I have gotten red blood though. I would say it’s too much to be considered spotting but too little to be considered a normal period.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else? And yes, I know call the doctor! Just want to see others experience.
