So ill

I'm 12 weeks pregnant today with my 3rd baby, suffering with a cough, sore throat, ear ache, diarrhoea and extreme fatigue I had a good 9 hour sleep last night and woke up today like I haven't slept for a week. I was never this bad with my other two. Anyone else feel like absolute crap
