I'm FINALLY losing weight- and today I'm at peak fertility... Keep trying for baby- or work on a healthy weight for a few months?
I am doing an amazing program that I have been losing weight at a very healthy rate and I am eating very healthy!!! I am being followed weekly by a nutritionist and I feel wonderful! My husband and I only just began trying to have a baby last month. I am at peak fertility today and I really want a baby... I also have about 60-70 lbs to lose to be at a healthier weight, which I could accomplish by summer. Should we relax on trying for baby and focus on my healthy weight, or go for baby??? Help!
