What do you consider the difference between “play time” and “tummy time” in the activity section of the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.baby">baby app</a>?

Like every time she plays, it’s a mix between sitting up, rolling around, playing on her tummy, and trying to crawl. Is this considered play time or tummy time? And what’s the difference between this and “outside” playtime besides the obvious? Like, she would be doing the exact same activity if we were outside. So I always log it as play time, but then I never log tummy time. Just wondering how everyone else differentiated it?
