Any help.??

So if my baby daddy left almost 3 years ago to Mexico and hasn’t came back or even helped me at all and now I want to get him off of my daughters birth certificate and get rid of his rights because I can’t even get her passport now will they let me.? I’m not currently employed I’m living with my parents for now I’m looking for a job though so will that effect anything.? Will they not allow me to since I don’t work at the moment.?

I want to get free legal help but if I go to court I don’t want to get in trouble for not having a job right now and also a while back I did something really dumb and got a ticket for drug paraphernalia which I paid but I don’t want to get in trouble for that too 🥺 I don’t want them to think I’m a bad mother or something
