Positive Chlamydia Test

Hello, so I am currently 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I just recently seen my midwife and got a call yesterday that I have tested positive for Chlamydia, vaginitis, and BV. Me and my partner have been together for 1 year and 6 months. There is absolutely no way either of us JUST caught this, we KNOW for a fact we have both been very faithful and we are literally together every waking moment. Is it at all possible that it could be a false positive or that maybe one of us had it long before we started dating and just now testing positive for it. Neither of us have been tested since we got together so we don't know. Neither of us have ANY symptoms of it whatsoever. I feel like if I had all 3 things at once that I would be hurting so bad down there and would notice changes in my body but literally NOTHING is different. Please help. I'm freaking out!!!! I've never dealt with this before at all! Just want to hear some of your experiences with it and try to get some answers and clarity cause no doctors are telling me anything.
