Ugh.. Someone help explain

I had a period October 5-7. Then November 11-13. And currently waiting to start my period again. Ovia said I'd start on the 3 of Dec and glow said I'd start yesterday, and bc I didn't it moved my date up to the 13th. I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning and I had 2 very faint positives, I took one this morning and it was a clear negative. I don't know how many dpo I am or anything to get the slightest clue on if I could be.
