Almost 40 weeks and been at 6cm for about 3 weeks now! Nothing is helping progress... im so ready to have her. Any tips for me to get things started???

Get a pedicure 
There is a theory that there are pressure points in your feet that can induce labor. 
I know quite a few women who have had pedicures, laid down to nap, and woke up a few hours later in labor.
And if it doesn't work, at the very worst your feet will feel good and your toes will look cute in the stirrups.  😉❤

Isn't insane to think you are more than half way there and they wont just induce you lol

For me a hot bath did the trick, I went from a 3-10 in a half hour. I was in the hospital and they had given me induction medication though so it was slowly getting started but that really got it going

I don't, but at least you're at 6cm, once labour starts things should go quickly! That's a benefit I would focus on! But I do hope it's soon!
