Like.. Does your outer vagina hurt during your cycle? Does it feel raw? I'm just hoping I'm not the only person in the world with this problem.

Answer

If you wear pads and you have heavy cycles, try changing them more often. I have never had this problem but feeling raw sounds like you are not staying very dry. I am light the first 2 days of my period then usually super heavy day 3. I start wearing pads then tampons as I get heavy then back to pads to see when I'm done. So you could try going back and forth between the two as well.
