What foods do/did you feed your baby at 6.5 months old? My baby is so picky and won't eat much so I need ideas 🥴

Oh, at this age your baby would like to still only get your milk 😉
So- it's baby steps game, where you give the baby few spoons if food at once. Every new thing- 3- 5 times for baby to get used to the taste.
Practical advice: steam a zuccini and pack in small portions. You can leave 2 for this day and the next one. The rest you can freeze.give the baby zuccini for 2 days, observe. If the baby has stomachaches or something- it's no good to proceed with food , or at least be very careful (zuccini is the easiest veggie to digest so it really should be ok). If the zuccini is ok, take a parsley root or potato/sweet potato and than you can go with carrots, couliflower, broccoli, celery (observe the baby- because they may be allergenes and cause gas/stomachache). Than you mix few veggies in one portion- and there's the freeze veggies come handy 😉  after few weeks you add meat (still puree from a baby jar or steamed, pureed with water)
And don't forget to add few drops of some canola oil or sunflower oil- it help with digestion and help the vitamins get to the system 
And it's really possible your baby isn't ready for solids yet- so stop and go back in two weeks with it. How can you know- the baby is not interested in food and doesn't like anything you give them- even after few times if trying. (I gave my daughter first food for 2 weeks, than we had 2 weeks break and afterwards was much better)
If the issue is just that the baby has this tounge- thrust reflex and is spitting the food- you may either wait or you can push the spoon on the tounge a bit (from above). But this reflex should be gone soon- so you can wait as well.

They're just exploring at that age. It's fine if they're not eating much. I started baby on vegetables sweetened with cooked apple eg. Sweet potato, pumpkin, broccoli.

I do BLW so baby gets whatever I eat just cut appropriately. She enjoys being able to feed herself and likes choosing what to grab next, as well as using food as moisturizer 🤣

Not much, from 6 months i started to give her just bites so that she get used to the food like banana and avocado and sweet potatoe... until 1 yr the main food is still the milk so do not worry!!

Make sure you're not confusing being picky with getting used to the texture/flavor. You need to give baby the same food multiple times before concluding if they like it or not.

At 6.5 months you don’t have ‘picky baby’, you have a baby that’s getting used to eating, different textures and having anything with any sort of taste for the first time. 
Start with bland foods then go from there

We did BLW at 6 months so everything we ate she ate. And theres a good chance it isnt pickiness. It takes 7-10 times of trying a new food to distinguish whether or not they actually like it
