None of the above. If it's something I genuinely can't help, I don't see the point in stressing over it because you can't change the situation. It took me YEARS though to develop that skill, and it's all thanks to a boss who would chop and change his mind so much that after actioning something he asked for, I would panic that he would change his mind and I'd be left tryig to fix it all.

I dont pray cause that won't change a thing. I don't stress or worry about something out of my control. I try to compartmentalize and roll with the punches.

I tend to do both. I pray, but still worry for a little, then I trust that everything will turn out how it should. Sometimes that being not what I particularly want, but what I need. It’s good for me in a way, because it’s helping me learn to accept things that are out of my control.
