Back to back chemical pregnancies…

Anyone experience back to back chemicals and gotten pregnant immediately? Feeling frustrated and impatient. 😅 I’ve had faint line positives and gotten my hopes up only to end up bleeding a week later. I’m blessed and have some babies already, but I’m definitely not getting younger. My OB told me she wanted me done by my next birthday (due to complications and health reasons for me and my babies), and that birthday is coming up in three months…thoughts?!
