It didn’t work for me. I have extremely regular cycles (28 days) and I ovulate every month (confirmed by monthly ultrasounds and bloodwork), but for some reason the Ava bracelet was always off for me by a week or more! I used Clearblue OPKs in conjunction with this bracelet and the OPKs were always accurate. It was nice having my bbt measured every day, but I honestly think taking your temperature manually daily is easier than wearing this bracelet every night. 
My advice is to stick to Clearblue OPKs and get yourself a nice thermometer for measuring your bbt every morning before you get out of bed.

I used it when I conceived my first a few years ago.. no idea if it made things happen faster or not but having the metrics did help me at the time. TTC my second right now and it broke a few months ago. I decided to not get a new one because I was driving myself crazy checking things.

I think it works for me. Start wearing it now because it takes a few cycles to get used to your body. I still used ovulation test just to be sure.￼
