hot flashes
i’m 7 dpo and 7 days out from my period. yesterday and today i’ve had hot flashes on and off throughout the day. does this happen to any one ever? should i be concerned? sign of anything ?
and my face has been breaking out which isn’t normal for me, maybe like one or two before my period
