TMI ami having a miscarriage?!

So I’ve had positive pregnancy tests and did two blood works. First showed my hCG count at 20 and last one was 249 I’m currently 5 weeks today and have this brownish blood and cramping. Could I be having a miscarriage?! 😭😭😭 I’m really worried as I had a miscarriage in February but I had a bigger clot and red bleeding.
