So I had twins in 2015 and was left with an umbilical hernia and diastasis recti, which isn’t horrible, but there is definitely some separation that I think will never close. Anyway, my belly button is already starting to ache, I’m 18 weeks and honestly not very big at all still (especially compared to having two in there.) My dr mentioned a belly band could really help during the pregnancy. Do any of you guys wear one? Or have worn one in the past? Any recommendations?
