I just got my first blood work done and I’m only 7 weeks pregnant, just learned that I have anti-kell which mean my blood is attacking my babies red blood cells which causes my baby to have anemia, I’m hoping to get a bit more in site if any other moms have going through this or are going through this, I’m very scared as it makes my pregnancy high risk, baby will be pre-mature and just a lot of questions.. I know that my baby will have to have a blood transfusion in the womb and also once born but I feel completely alone as it’s a very rare thing that happens.
