Mucus plug everytime I use bathroom??

Question

Could it be possible that labor is near if I am seeing some of the mucus plus everytime I wipe. I use the bathroom pretty often and I've seen it all day today. I know they say the mucus plug can always regenerate, but would it if I'm losing pieces all day?

This is what a midwife did on one of her Q &A. If your losing it daily and every wipe then something may be happening. I know I lose mine but only a small bit and not every day. 
Iv also read some people never lose their plug until labour starts it waters break.

I’m in the same situation lost a hugeeeee ammount last night at like 1 am was almost sure it was the whole thing now all day today I’ve had more every time I use the bathroom I was 3 cm the last time I was checked which was monday
