Advice on conceiving twins?

My husband recently had his vasectomy reversed and we have 3 boys but none together I want twin girls so bad it's all I think about. Anyone have any advice ?

Unelss you can talk your ovaries into releasing two eggs or getting the ferilized egg to split theres really nothing you can do. But good luck!

As I am currently pregnant with twins. I would never in million years (if the option was there) say to anyone now have twins.
After a relatively trouble free first pregnancy this one is pure HELL! 
Am only 23 weeks and suffer terrible pelvic girdle pain. I can't stand straight, spread my legs (my hubby is gutted). Walk up stairs. 
The heartburn is wicked. I have shortness of breath. I was a very active fit person before, gym and swimming daily, ran 5k's at weekends, climbed a bloody mountain. Now I can't climb out of bed. 
My doctor has warned me I face a strong possibility of pre term labour. 
So why oh why would anyone choose to put themselves and their babies at unnecessary risk.
This is not a novelty, I don't feel part of a special club. AND if I have to answer on more bloody stupid question about how am going to cope, how am lucky and aren't I bloody big already I will possibly commit murder.

Sorry for the rant but double hormones are another side affect....

They take all of you and then more
Your carting 2-3x as many children so I wouldn't recommend it but embrace it to the happy accidents

Being pregnant with multiples is high risk on its own and suggesting fertility meds as a way to increase ones chances of conceiving multiples is ridiculously irresponsible! Good thing doctors are bound by codes of ethics.  😒 sheesh!  I agree with previous posters; there's not much you can do other than cross your fingers and hope for twins.

I don't see why all the negative comment towards her! She's an adult and if she want twins I'm pretty sure she knows she will have to deal with the aches and pains. Twins are a blessing just like any baby. I hope God blesses you with a baby or two! Pregnancies are a blessing not hell but we have to go tegu the rocky road to meet those beautiful creations your body just created!

I'm pregnant with fraternal twins girls. If fraternal twins run on ur side of the family meaning ur mom, grandmother etc. then ur chances of having fraternal twins r higher. It can run on ur fathers side only if ur grandmother had fraternal twins. She passes down those genes to him, and then he may have passed them on to u. This does not mean that ur father can help develope fraternal twins with ur mother, its for ur mothers side to decide. Even if fraternal twins run on ur partners side it has nothing to do with u being able to have fraternal twins. If his mother or grandmother hyper ovulates, she can pass that gene on to him, and if u have a daughter, then she may hyper ovulate in the future. And identical twins r very random. Its all out of luck. Identical twins have nothing to do with either side of ur families. Its just something people get randomly. My grandmother had fraternal twins 2 times, but miscarried both times. It skipped my mother and now I have it. I hyper ovulated and my partner's sperm met up with 2 of my eggs. And now we have fraternal twins girls! I wish u luck! I am currently pregnant with twins 25 weeks exactly.. and I love my twin girls don't get me wrong but this pregnancy has been rough and a roller coaster.. I had very bad morning sickness.. then.i was okay then.i was sick for a month and half. Almost went into preterm labor. I have gestational diabetes.. twin pregnancy is high risk just buy itself but there are so many and much complications that can happen. I see 3 doctors a month.. so please be careful what u pray. And please do not take any drugs without doctor okay it first..

I'm 11 weeks pregnant with identical twins and this is my first EVER pregnancy, if every pregnancy is like this, I don't know if I would have anymore kids, horrible heartburn, the nausea has a mind of its own, the vomiting is physically draining, exhausted all the time, I've been spotting and cramping so I've missed some work, even tho the doc says they both look great, this is almost too much for me, even as I lay here in having mild cramping and a headache, while the idea of twins is cute, I wouldn't want to have twins again
