Uncomfortable sleeping - 15 weeks

Anyone got any tips on sleeping well 😅 I’ve found at almost 15 weeks I’m so uncomfortable during the night. I was a big stomach sleeper but stopped that instantly, from about 12 weeks I’ve really focused on side sleeping so that when it was required it would be easier. I feel like it’s too early to be complaining but I just sleep terribly and it’s so annoying, whatever side I’m on gets sore after too long and I find myself waking up each time I need to turn over. Anyone got any tips? Is now too early to invest in a pillow or would it probably help?
