I'm 40 weeks today, it's my due date. Had my appointment and was hoping I would be more dilated this week since I had a sweep last Friday ....NOPE!

I am still 2cm! Due to hospitals being so full I cannot get on the induction list until week 41, anything earlier will be considered elective and they're not guaranteeing those. I pray we go into labor before then but I also don't mind induction day if I can get an epidural before any real pain starts... because when she did the sweep today it hurted so bad! I had a flashback of labor with my daughter and realized.... I am not ready for that pain lol. As much as I want labor to get started so I can have my boy in my hands, I'm also scared of the pain that's to come.
