I just finished AF and my CP is high/soft and my CM is wet? Im confused! Help??

So I have a 32 day average cycles. I just finished AF. I checked my cervix position and mucus. I'm medium/high and soft. And my mucus is watery. I'm so confused because I should be low/hard/sticky.

Anyone have any clue as to why I'm like this? Could I be ovulating way sooner this month? I'm not scheduled to ovulate until the 23!

If the cervix is high, soft, and open you could be ovulating soon. I would take a OPK to confirm it if you have any. This cycle my cervix was soft, high, and open a week and a half before I expected and I confirmed that I was going to ovulate soon with a positive OPK. This very well could mean you will ovulate soon. I would start BDing.
