I felt something drop in the toilet so I grabbed it out with a plastic fork and picked at it…. Is it a period with tissue passing or miscarriage??

If you had a positive pregnancy test then yes you should go to the er as this looks like a mc. 
If you didn't then its probably just uterine lining.

I would Deffo get that checked hun, when I miscarried it was darker red than that but I was 9wks , but if you have had positive test then go and get checked

The meat on the toilet paper is your uterine lining . It’s normal during a period
