Anyone had a third trimester ultrasound that showed normal head measurements but short femur? I had an ultrasound today to check fetal weight/growth at exactly 36 weeks as I have gained 40 pounds so far in pregnancy. My husband and I are both very tall, so would have never guessed his legs would measure small. My OB said he was not at all concerned. His head circumference measured 35w2d but femur is measuring 33w4d. Of course I googled and am now concerned about skeletal dysplasia or dwarfism.
