MOMMY FRIENDS !! just a question out of curiousity ! Are you a stay at home mom ? Or if you are working , what do you do? And who watches your sweet baby/babies? 🙂

I've been fortunate enough to work reduced hours from home with my husband also working from home and watching our son when I occasionally have to leave the house for work. We got on a wait-list at a daycare when I was two months pregnant and are still waiting. There is a new place opening so we registered there, but now waiting on them to hire enough staff to open.

I’m a part time scheduling coordinator for a home health agency and I work from home so I can take care of our little guy full time. My job has been super flexible to allow me to do it this way and I’m so thankful.

I’m a high school counselor and my kids just switched from an in home daycare to the YMCA childcare program. They needed more structure and activities in their day. Our Y has an app that they update throughout the day with what they eat, when diapers are changed, when naps are and they share photos of their activities. It’s amazing!

I work full time as a teacher. Our kids go to a small, in-home daycare that they love.

I’m a special ed administrator.  My hours are longer than the teaching day, so I just try and be with him as much as possible all weekend.  My parents do one day, my MIL does another day, and my SIL works for us for the other three (paid).  I take the baby to the grandparents but my SIL comes to me.  It’s still hard even though I know I have a good situation!

I work full time as a secretary and translator. My boyfriend works from home and watches her. She will start kindergarten next august when she’s 2 like her older siblings. She will have breakfast and lunch there and gets home at 3 with her older sister so dad can actually get some work done lol.

My husband and I both work full time. My husband is fully at home and I’m half and half. My son has been going to daycare since 4 months old and he’s 1 now. He seems to enjoy it and we are happy with it. Thankfully the daycare is close by so my husband can go pick him up if needed or me if I’m home. Unfortunately my office is an hour away. My mom just moved close by so she could pick him up too or look after him if there is a covid case in his class which has happened.

I’m a part time healthcare worker. My daughter is home with my when I am not at work ( or sleeping for work - rotating shiftwork) and when I am not home it’s my parents during my husbands working hours or my husband. 
She will eventually go to daycare after her second birthday.
