Hi ladies,

I just had my left Fallopian tube taken out after Methotrexate failed. I wanted to talk about the recovery..

1.) Did any of you have severe gas and pressure in your chest/shoulders? How long did that last and any remedies I can try?

2.) How long did the incisions bleed and when did they stop feeling sore?

3.)How long was the recovery process? My wedding is on October 9th…

4.) When were you able to have intercourse again and how long did you wait before TTC?

5.) My ectopic was caused by PID. Has anyone else had this experience and had a tube that was undamaged and you had a successful pregnancy?

As I said I have a history of PID so it’s scary thinking about TTC again with the risk of the other tube being damaged but I want to try. I pray for all you. I never would have understood this type of pain until I went through it. It’s like losing part of yourself.
