Am I pregnant??

I’m still a few days away from when my period is suppose it’s start but felt super nauseated Thursday morning so took this test and initially thought it was negative. My son started crying so I forgot to throw it away and it got left in the bathroom counter. Came back a few hours later and now it looks positive. I then took a digital one that was negative. My friends said there’s a chance I’m still preggo since digital test aren’t as sensitive as others. No idea what to do now, help!?!
