My 15 month old daughter ate confetti last night
I wasn’t there because I wasn’t feeling great but it was my partners sisters birthday and they were having a big party. There were small plastic bits of confetti and she managed to get a bit in her mouth and swallow it. Right away my partner tried to get it out her mouth but it was too late. She then threw up, not sure if it was due to the actual confetti or my partner trying to reach in her mouth. This morning she woke up gagging and has thrown up 3 times. I can’t see the confetti in her vomit and she hasn’t had a dirty nappy yet. Otherwise she is herself, throwing up doesn’t seem to have phased her. She is having no issues drinking or eating. She isn’t bloated, or crying and doesn’t seem to be in pain. Should this just resolve on its own and she’ll eventually pass it or should I be worrying?
