TMI left over discharge from sex or water break?

Edit: Im 38+3 pregnant. TMI my husband and I had sex this morning. A little later this morning I decided to make everyone breakfast, after I was cleaning up and felt a sudden hot gush down there. At first I thought it was just left over “stuff” from my husband cuz when I initially looked it looked like watery white discharge. Then I went to sit down for a bit and noticed my inner thighs were wet too.

You can see wetness on the front and sides of my black spandex as well as my panties. Im not cramping at all..
