Yes. But I wait. I'll make sure and have a few things but leave tags on most. My last child was not what the ultrasound seemed to show. And I've had all big babies. So I want to be sure I can take things back if I end up with a surprise gender or different size baby than anticipated.

Id say yes because depending on the chemical processes the garment went through it may bleed colors staining your babies skin (temporary of course) or have a strong odor you dont immediately pick up.
