Is a small clot normal???

I'm 5wks today, was at the gym and also swimming today and then had a small red clot when I wiped this evening. Size of a peanut maybe..I had small bleed last week and my doctor wasn't concerned but also said 'once it didn't continue'..did she mean a continous floe over hpurs/days or even one more wipe??!

I think you should give your Doctor a Call.
I'm also 5W went to the ER yesterday because when I wiped there was red blood with small/Tiny Clot, I wiped two more times and there was still blood but no clots, so decided  to go to the ER and they found a tiny Subcarinal hemorrhage, Diagnosed me with threatened abortion, My Doctor put me on rest for at least 2 weeks, I was still spotting after that but it was Brown, last time I saw some brown spotting was this morning and I haven't see nothing anymore, I'm going to get another ultrasound done on Monday to see if the Hemorrhage has dissolved or how is it going. I think you should get some rest and let your doctor know what's going on. Good luck🤞🤞

I’d let your doctor know as they can check what’s going on. Might be time to slow down a little though? I had a threatened miscarriage last pregnancy and had to take a week of bed rest and stopped all exercise until second trimester
