Is 32oz water enough for 115 lb woman
On google i read 60oz is good. So i ordered a motivational water bottle with time stamps on how much you should be drinking by a certain time. I ordered a 64 oz, bottle came but its huge!!! Honestly think ill have to live in the bathroom if i drink all that water!!
