How to heal chapped lips?

So I think I’ve made my lips become super dependent on chapstick. More than 1-2 hours without it and lately my mouth has been on fire!! Like burning sensation and extreme dryness. 
I typically use Blistex, Burt’s Bees, and Vaseline. 
Any recommendations for natural brands to help detox my lips from the lip balm chemicals? Or do you have any natural recipes I could make myself?

Vaseline lip therapy is excellent. Also, increase your water intake to 2 litres daily. Then, try applying the vaseline therapy lip balm at night.

Drink lots of water, lip scrub and a good lip balm. I use kopari lip gloss. It smells good and it keeps your lips moist. I also use a lip mask at night after the lip scrub. I know it seems excessive, but it works!
