So we all have wood fences in my neighborhood can’t see through them but everytime I go in my backyard to hang out with my dog the neighbors dog starts barking and jumping on the fence and it’s really getting annoying because then I have to go back inside because their dog is super aggressive. Last time I guess they accidentally left their garage open and i was walking my dog in the front and their dog came running at us and barking. It’s a really aggressive dog. No one came out for like 5 minutes and it was trying to attack us for no reason. It eventually got back in I think it has a colar that shocks it so I guess they used the remote to bring it back. Is there anyone I can call or do something about this. I’ve told them it bothers me but they don’t care. There’s a lot of children in our neighborhood so I’m also afraid one of these days it’ll come back out and attack one of them. I’m pretty sure if someone goes to see if the dog is aggressive it’ll try and attack. What will happen to the dog though.? 🙁

It’s aggressive I’ve seen the dog outside with his owner in their garage and literally anyone that passes by it tries to go and attack it but the owner grabs it. Last time it came up to me n my dog and was jumping on us and barking. We have a pretty tall fence too. It’s been happening for months already idk what else to do I can’t even go outside
