Is using a non medicated vapor inhaler safe for pregnancy?

I have the equate brand one. I'm assuming it's okay but I want to be sure.

I would just be wary of what you’re using inside it. Vick’s is safe but there’s mixed information on essential oils, and some oils are considered theoretically safer than others. Some are to be avoided in pregnancy both topically and  inhaled.
