When can I start tummy time? Play ideas?

Just had my baby on the 4th and wondering at what ages or stages can I start play! Any suggestions for good play time activities? (including for older staged babies)

The earlier you start tummy time, the better their neck muscles develop and then arm and leg muscles and before you know it they're crawling around everywhere!
