Today was a hard day. This morning on the way to the hospital the doctor called and said Jackson’s high heart rate may be an infection. The doctors told us that they would put him on antibiotics and start a blood culture.

Our hearts dropped as we had a great day yesterday with Jackson finally starting to gain weight. Then after waiting all day this evening the blood culture came back as sepsis and he would be getting a stronger antibiotics.

We knew it would be tough, but we pray he will beat this infection! Jackson was born at 30 weeks and is one week and one day today!
