Little one getting tubes

Y’all please say a prayer or send good vibes or whatever you believe in. My 1 year old is getting tubes in her ears today due to having multiple ear infections. Her appointment time is at 6:30 and she’s not allowed anything to eat or drink after midnight. She’s been up since 2 and it’s currently 3:50. She’s screaming nonstop wondering why I haven’t fed her. I’m hoping since she’s up and still really sleepy she’ll sleep on the way to the outpatient surgery center since it’s a 40 minute drive.
