How Can I Tell If Baby Is Head Down & If Baby Is Anterior Or Posterior?

I’m currently 34 weeks with my 4th child. And sometimes I can tell that he’s head down because I have a heartbeat Doppler and the heartbeat is low. And I also notice too that when he has hiccups they’re low. Also how can I tell if he’s anterior or posterior? I feel movements super down low and maybe it’s his arms moving? Maybe it’s his head moving? Idk it’s so hard for me to tell with it being my 4th lol…

With both my girls I knew they were head down Bc I had a lot of pelvic pain and a lot of pressure in my pelvic my doctor always told me if they were head down or not(they’re not twins they’re 2 years apart)

If you feel something is crushing your ribs and it’s hard and round then it’s a head. 35 weeks and just had a scan that’s confirmed baby is still breech and I knew before hand because of the above 😂 I reckon they’re going to have to turn baby.

I feel movement only above my belly button and when they check his heartbeat it’s always below belly button. That’s how my doctor told me they usually know by this time. If it’s above belly button they aren’t head down. I have just always been able to tell based off how they were moving. Both my babies flipped exactly at 28 weeks.

They should be able to tell you at the doctor. I was told they won’t check for that particular position until I am admitted? But they should at least be able to tell you at your ultrasound if they are breech
