Having trouble putting 6 months old to sleep

Hello everyone,

Currently having trouble putting my 6 months old daughter to sleep at night... tonight she has been crying so much for the last hour trying to put her to sleep for the whole night and she won't settle down just crying so much. My partner thinks it could be her gums for teething I don't see no signs for it and barely any naps during the day she only has one roughly around 15 minutes. Is there anything I can do. I have given her Panadol and also teething gel nothing seems to help. Also she won't sleep completely during the night she needs to sleep with myself and sleep on my breast. Any advice really would help please currently struggling
