Does Vitex really work for irregular periods?

I just wanted to know if Vitex works for irregular periods before I purchase them. If these isn't for irregular periods then what supplements are for irregular that you will recommend?

Vitex can make all your issues worse. I do not recommend it.

Nope made me worse!!!!!! Even made me go into hospital to needing a lumbar puncture and made my cycles long as 180 days and couldn’t even ovulation for 6 months after!

I’ve had it go both ways. I conceived twice with it. But I also tried to use it when I had polyps and it made it worse. Maybe check with your OB and see if they can find any underlying issues
