How can I lose weight? I feel unwanted and I would really like a quick way to Lose it .

Abs are made in the kitchen.  Ever heard that phrase?  It couldn't be more true! Food is where you start. Cut calories and eat healthy. No added sugars. Work out daily, 6 days a week. It take commitment and a willingness to be thin. It takes strength. I'd be huge if I ate whatever the hell I wanted. But I'm not. And I don't. I dedicate myself to working out 5 days a week and eating a healthy diet. There is no secret diet pill or miracle plan. And those who are thin work damn hard at it. You know what to do. :) Get at it girl!

First off, never try to do a fad diet. They don't work. Sure you'll lose 10 pounds, but you will be miserable and unhealthy and gain it right back. The best way to lose and keep off is exercise and clean eating. No pop, extra sugars, or excessive sodium. 8 glasses of water a day and exercise every day! Burn as many calories as you eat. A good calorie tracking app is myfitnesspal. I used it and lost 30 pounds and I've stayed off. They have a really good community that can help you with recipes and work outs.

​Diet: drink lots of water, consumer less sodium than usual, eat more veggies (if you want to loose weight eat as much veggies as you eat everything else combined), eat lean protien (avoid peanut butter, only have fatty meats occationally), avoid carbohydrates but not entirely still eat oatmeal and be sure to get all the nutrients you need.

​Exercise: actaully I'm lazy as heck when it comes to exerciser so I can't help you here. But I walk soooo many steps to school and I had a job as waitress which was like 5 hours of we other standing or running every other day (I was part time because I was still  in college)

Or you can take a natural herb called suntrim plus it makes you eat less food . You take it breakfast lunch and dinner 30 minutes before each meal has green tea mangosteen and couple other herbs mixed in one pill. I lost weight that way. I lost 30 pounds that way.

You would have to eat less everyday than what you eat minus some good that you usually eat dont eat to much meat eat salmon and vegetables . Drink lots of water that what I did lost 30 pounds that way .
