Heat hurts sperm?

Question

Could this be why we haven’t conceived yet? My spouse works as a concrete laborer and has been out in the Midwest heat all summer, could this be hurting his sperm?

Answer

It could affect him, is he able to wear looser pants/underwear on the job? 
Can't say for sure it's the sole problem, but keeping the boys cooler/air flow definetly helps, also hubby needs to be drinking lots of water and keeping healthy as well.
