My baby fight feeding since 3mo now 4.5mo

Feeding time become so stressful for me and my baby. She is formula fed, i use tommee tippee bottle. First feeding is especially hard, even after 2.40hrs from last feeding she still fight feeding. She suck a little then bite the nipple and spit the milk. Every time. At first i thought because of flow of teat, after change it to 3m+ teat, a bit ok for few days and after that she fight feeding till today. Help. Anyone got tips? Should i change the bottle?
