Why does a guy who likes you delete you off social media after agreeing to be friends?

Idk why this bothers me but it has happened with 3 guys. I really like having friends! I’m very social but I’ve noticed I get blocked / deleted…. After our relationship not working out 
So recently this guy was trying really hard to pursue me. We have been friends for a year!! He confessed he wanted a chance with me. Honestly I don’t see him that way and I was open with him. I told him I can’t see him more than a friend. We agreed to stay friends. Well I wanted to tag him in a meme and noticed I was blocked! 
He blocked me everywhere. This has happened with 3 guys where I’ve lost complete friendship with them. Does nobody want to be friends??

When someone wants you and then you put them in the “friend zone.” They get hurt and decide then want something else and won’t settle. They probably blocked you to protect their feelings because they simply can’t be friends with you. They want something more.

Some people are not interested in maintaining friendships with exes or love interests who turned them down. I'm not friends with either of my exes and the one guy it didn't work out with who I managed to maintain a friendly connection with ended up on my blocked list last year after he started getting wildly inappropriate about his personal life and trying to video chat with me. I'm married, he's married, and there was no way I was going to play with that fire.

Because you rejected them, because the relationship no longer serves them, they wanted more, and you didn’t, so they move on to someone else, they didn’t get what they were looking for from you. They wanted a relationship where they wanted a hook up or they wanted friends with benefits they wanted some thing that they aren’t receiving from you and they don’t wanna be bothered. Not everyone can be friends after a relationship ends, it’s too hard, or they just don’t care to, they rather just move on with her life. Unlike other people said being in the friend zone sucks for a man, it’s like you’ve become an item an object like a lamp, they feel nothing for you no matter what you try, and they don’t wanna waste their time. At least you found out what he really wanted, to get into your pants, when he didn’t get it, he moved on. just wanted to use you. So at least they didn’t waste your time and vice versa. I’m going to guess these are people online, unfortunately online it’s instant gratification, if they don’t get what they want, they talk to multiple people at the same time, but one won’t do another will,  They keep her options open, and they talk to multiple people at the same time. And because they aren’t looking for friends, they are looking for instant gratification. They don’t waste their time and they move on.

Maybe agreeing to be friends was the easiest thing to do in that moment and then he realized you wouldn’t ever be what he wanted and moved on. I don’t keep people around I don’t actively interact with or have broken up with or wanted to date and then didn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️

I don't think he has any interest in being your "friend". He told you what he wanted, you said no and in an attempt to save face agreed to be your friend. Since he has no use for you, he cut you out of his life. It's actually a good thing to be honest. You don't want someone like that lurking around your social media pages do you?

They liked you and you rejected them. No matter how nice a breakup is it’s still a breakup. I think you’re expecting too much. Either you want to date them or you don’t. What happens afterwards doesn’t matter.
