Plan B

I’m really hoping someone can help me out. I had unprotected sex on day 4 of my cycle and he didn’t pull out. I’m on day 14 now. I took a plan b an hour after it happened. I’m not sure what my average cycle is because my app says it’s different all the time. I would say my average cycle is 26 or maybe 28. Would the plan b have time to work? I heard it won’t work if you’re ovulating already but I honestly don’t even know when I ovulate and I’m really stressing out. My app says I ovulate this week but I’m not sure if it’s correct. I also started birth control this month on day 7 of my cycle(combination pill).
