Telling possibly angry parents.
Okay, I need some advice. I'm a brand new mommy (8 weeks) and my boyfriend and I just found out we're having a baby! I'm 22 and a full time student hoping to achieve my BSN (RN) and my boyfriend is a police officer. We are TERRIFIED to tell our parents because we're 99.9% sure they're going to be extremely upset with us especially because I just started back up in school. My mom is getting married in the beginning of January and I really want to tell her after because I know she is going to be upset and I don't want to ruin her big day.
My sister, who I'm very close with, is coming out from Texas with her kids for Christmas and I think I'm going to tell her then. She's 13 years older than me and always been a mother figure to me and I know she is going to be upset too :( my family is very traditional. And I'm pretty much knows as the "f-up" child. Any advice? I'm really stressing and soooooo scared :(
